Do you do custom orders?
Yes! We love custom orders. Custom orders are available for our woollen vests, woollen jackets, Peter Pan rompers, vest rompers and limited customization is avaiable for bonnets. 

How do I put in a custom order?
You can place a custom order by using our forms here. If you have any questions or complaints about a custom order you can contact us here. 

Is there an extra fee for custom orders?
Nope! Custom orders and pre-made items are the same price. There'll never be an extra fee for custom orders.

Can I have some help designing my item?
Absolutely. We really enjoy helping you choose the right colours and buttons and styles for your needs. We can walk you through each step of the way.

Are all of your materials sustainable?
We pride ourselves on using secondhand, sustainable materials for our products. Sustainability has so many different meanings depending on who you ask - some believe that organic cotton is the most sustainable material available however we believe that there are many ways to be sustainable and one excellent way is to reuse or repurpose what we already have on hand. As there have been so many stunning and exquisite materials already made on our beautiful earth, we choose to reuse and repurpose those materials as our method of producing sustainable items. We choose high quality notions and source secondhand and vintage fabrics, trims and buttons for all of our products. 

Do you design the clothes yourself?
At this stage, we don't design the clothes we make ourselves. We have been long-term supporters of the amazing Twig & Tale and Oh Me, Oh My sewing patterns. We have previously designed clothing for personal use and in the future we aspire to design all of our clothes ourselves. 

Are your products vegan friendly?
This is a very personal decision and the short answer is that no, not all of our products are vegan friendly as we use recycled/repurposed wool products in many of our designs. Some people might feel that because we aren't contributing to the industry of wool production that we are in a bit of a grey area in regards to animal products. No other material has any animal products or are tested on animals or contribute to animal mistreatment. We don't purchase new wool that hasn't already been produced and we won't do so in the future.

Do you have vegan options?
Absolutely! For our vests and jackets a lot of people prefer to use wool as it is thicker and warmer, however we know not everyone likes wool for many reasons. We can create items that are made with cordurouy, quilted woven fabrics, synthetic fibres that have been recycled or repurposed and more. In fact, the second most popular choice of fabric for the vests and jackets has been cordurouy! Our bonnets can also be vegan and the rompers are already completely animal free.
